01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gopaldo ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "your," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the gopaldo online gaming platform available at gopaldo.com and its associated mobile interfaces.
By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the gopaldo platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 02 Eligibility
To register and use the gopaldo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. gopaldo does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings on the platform under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players on gopaldo.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gopaldo, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

03 Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) gopaldo account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. gopaldo employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended immediately, and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.
3.1 Registration Information
When registering on gopaldo, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. gopaldo is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gopaldo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gopaldo will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified gopaldo of unauthorized access.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact gopaldo customer support immediately via live chat or email. gopaldo will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
gopaldo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on gopaldo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gopaldo supports the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on gopaldo is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your gopaldo balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. gopaldo does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. gopaldo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment account that does not match your verified gopaldo account name may be reversed and the funds returned to the originating account.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified gopaldo account details. gopaldo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
gopaldo is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. gopaldo reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or suspend accounts pending investigation. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, or using the platform to move funds between payment accounts, is strictly prohibited.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
gopaldo offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your gopaldo account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
gopaldo takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended. gopaldo's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to use bonus funds within the stated validity period.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the gopaldo platform — including slots, live casino tables, Tongits Go, bingo, fishing games, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All gopaldo games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation. 6.2 Malfunctions

6.3 Disputed Results
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact gopaldo customer support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. gopaldo will investigate the dispute using server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of all game outcomes. The results recorded in gopaldo's server logs shall be final and binding in all cases of dispute.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gopaldo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the gopaldo platform in any way.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
- Money Laundering: Using the gopaldo platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime in violation of Philippine law.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on gopaldo. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
- Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing gopaldo staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to gopaldo's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
08 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gopaldo account holders at no charge:

09 Intellectual Property
All content on the gopaldo platform — including but not limited to the gopaldo name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of gopaldo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gopaldo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gopaldo content; modify or create derivative works based on gopaldo content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any gopaldo software; or use any gopaldo trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of gopaldo's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gopaldo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gopaldo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gopaldo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if gopaldo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gopaldo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gopaldo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gopaldo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
gopaldo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the gopaldo platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
gopaldo collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by gopaldo, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. 12 Account Suspension & Termination
gopaldo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, gopaldo reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonus funds held in the account. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the originating payment account after deducting any amounts owed to gopaldo, subject to verification and regulatory requirements.
You may close your gopaldo account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment account.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the gopaldo platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting gopaldo customer support. gopaldo will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Makati City and waive any objection that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
14 Amendments to These Terms
gopaldo reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, gopaldo will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the gopaldo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
