10 Children's Privacy
The gopaldo platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. gopaldo does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21.
If gopaldo discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will immediately close the associated account, void any winnings, return any deposits to the originating payment account, and permanently delete all personal data associated with that account from our systems.
